Mexico Bar (Mango, Tajin and Arbol Chile) - 71% Dark

As cacao beans from Mexico are hard to find right now, I swapped the chocolate out for Indonesia (Ransiki).  These beans have a flavor profile of nut skin, honey and fresh fruit.
